We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist intern to join our team in Madrid!
Job description
Context of the position
- You will join the People and Organisation Team in Madrid (international markets) in Madrid.
- You will thrive in an international and fast-paced environment in an ambitious and motivated team who deals with different markets.
- Supported by your colleague, Ties Bakker, both of you will take full responsibility of the recruitment process for Dutch-speaking sales roles for the Belgium and Dutch market.
Outcomes to be accomplished
Outcome 1 : Management of recruitment for the open sales vacancies
- Management of the recruitment process from A to Z: analysis of needs with the managers, publishments of advertisements, selection of CVs, headhunting on LinkedIn (or any relevant sourcing technique) setting up and conducting interviews, follow-up of candidates until negative feedback or their arrival and updating of our follow-up tools;
- Implementation of the sourcing strategy: you define the sourcing strategy for each job opening and you update it regularly according to the results and priorities. You develop relationships with our current partners (job boards) and develop new partnerships to improve CV acquisition;
- Management of the onboarding process: You make sure all newcomers are properly welcomed and ensure an efficient collaboration with the administrative team.
Outcome 2 : Ensure a great candidate experience within your perimeter
- Continuous process improvement: in collaboration with the various members of the recruitment team and while respecting the recruitment processes implemented at group level, you propose improvements and adaptations to the scope for which you are responsible.
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a fair, transparent, and friendly process to every candidate, no matter the final decision regarding their application.
Profile
You’re looking for a first international experience in HR and have the following qualities:
- You understand the importance of recruiting the best team to work with you and know how to analyze candidates’ abilities
- You speak Dutch (perfectly) and English (perfectly), French or German would be a big plus
- You are objective-focused and give visibility to people around you about your progress
- You are proactive and always anticipate finding solutions for all kinds of possible problems
- You are a team-player and actively listen and understand your coworkers’ viewpoints
- You are a creative person and you are recognized for your sense of innovation by your colleagues and friends
