Job description
Context of the position
Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition & People Partner manager, you are in charge of the recruitment for the corporate & executive areas, as well as the follow-up of the Corporate perimeter.
Outcomes to be accomplished
Monitoring of the Talent Attraction & sourcing strategy
You will be responsible for the implementation of the sourcing strategy in your area. You will put in place a sourcing strategy adapted to the needs of the company, you will ensure that it is properly applied in the field and you will monitor the results.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Monitoring of sourcing campaigns.
- Management of the relationship with existing partners and development of new partnerships.
Monitoring of the Talent Acquisition & onboarding processes
- You are responsible for the monitoring of candidates' experience from the reception of CV until their 2 first months in the company and more.
- Follow-up of the candidates pipeline (applications received, number of interviews planned, offers sent, effective arrivals, etc).
- Ensure a good onboarding for newcomers hired by your team.
Continuous improvement of TA processes
In collaboration with the other TA areas and while respecting the processes put in place at group level, you are responsible for updating the TA processes, adapting them to your scope and improving them.
- Ensuring that the job descriptions are updated on the various acquisition channels (ATS, Job boards, etc).
- Management, adaptation and updating of email templates sent to candidates and, more generally, of all company communications with your candidates (style and content).
- Adaptation and improvement of existing workflows.
- Collaborate with the rest of the teams on projects to standardize TAA processes at group level
Reporting monitoring
- Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development
- Deliver adapted reporting about: cost-control and results.
People Partner
- Build a trusted relationship with the business/ department leaders to guarantee a strong alignment in all people-related topics.
- Build a trusted relationship with all employees in the designated perimeter.
- Act as a focal point for all questions and answers related to processes.
- Redirecting to the legal department all legal issues and all employee relations to ensure compliance with the Law.
- Support retention of key profiles detecting risks of attrition.
- Suggest initiatives to improve people satisfaction and team performance.
- Check if the information in our People Management System (Lucca) is updated.
Profile
You graduated from one of the best business or engineering schools, Sciences Po Paris or university equivalent and recognize yourself in the following:
- You have a first experience in recruitment and are passionate about it.
- You understand the importance of recruiting the best team to work with you and know how to analyze candidates’ abilities.
- You are recognised for your organisation, your rigor and your analytical skills.
- You speak French (C2) and English (C1), Spanish would be a plus.
- You are objective-focused and give visibility to people around you about your progress.
- You are proactive and always anticipate finding solutions for all kinds of possible problems.
