Job description
- Selectra offers customers the opportunity to take out energy and other household contracts with us, with the aim of reducing their monthly costs and finding the best offers on the market.
- Operating across multiple markets, including Belgium, we’re growing fast and building ambitious teams from our Spanish sites
- During this freelance mission, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process for Dutch-speaking sales roles for the Belgium and Dutch market
- You will be managing full-cycle recruitment
Outcome 1 : Management of recruitment for Belgian dutch-speaking vacancies
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in line with quarterly hiring targets.
- Actively headhunt and source candidates.
- Conduct and coordinate first and second interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
- Oversee smooth and professional onboarding in collaboration with the admin team.
Outcome 2 : Ensure a great candidate experience to your perimeter
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a fair, transparent, and friendly process - regardless of outcome.
- Represent Selectra as a professional, approachable, and efficient organization.
Profile
- Native-level Dutch speaker with fluent English (French or German is a plus).
- Experienced in recruiting and assessing candidates’ skills and potential.
- Results-driven and transparent in communicating progress.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to challenges.
- Highly organized and efficient—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with our no-meeting policy and independent way of working.

- Salary: €500 base fee + attractive bonus per successful hire
